The Buyer is allowing Sellers to submit bids that either meet or exceed the requested specification. Sellers MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model, and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered.

The Buyer is requiring that any rebid must be lower than the 'current bid price' by this amount. The reduction is based on the total order and must be satisfied within the rebid minimum.

Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the buyer to respond. | Sources Sought/ Request for Information ONLY | This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified business sources; (2) insight into delivery of meals (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition is 311999-All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. |
| Information on Delivery Requirements | The contract will provide meals on a daily basis to the Atlanta Field Office. The government will place one order, via telephone, per day between the hours of 7:30 am and 9am and the vendor must be available to accept the order during these hours. The vendor must provide complete delivery, no more than two hours after the order is placed. The contractor shall expect a minimum amount and shall be available if more meals are required due to circumstances. The vendor must be available to deliver orders, Monday through Friday 11:00am-1:30pm. |
