A site visit conference will be held on 12 August 2021 at 1:00 PM. This site visit will start at the Contracting Office, Building 29, Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, PR 00979. To expedite base access, send the following documents to danny.carrasquillo_neira.1@us.af.mil before the date of the site visit: • Firm Name and Telephone Number • Visitor’s Name • Copy of Drivers License or any Identification Card in compliance with the Real ID Act Proposals are due on 23 August 2021 at 4:00PM EST (local time). Interested contractors are encouraged to attend this site visit and shall follow base access requirements shown in the solicitation. The solicitation requires that Buyer evaluates bids on a line item basis; therefore, each line item will include applicable evaluation criteria. For all line items, Sellers MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model, and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered.

Buyer intends to issue award using a purchase order or delivery order. Bids from Sellers unable to accept purchase orders or delivery orders will not be considered for award.

This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified Sellers can bid.

Buyers and Sellers agree to conduct this transaction through Unison Marketplace in compliance with the Unison Marketplace Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive.
