The renovation consist of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work. Place of performance is at Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Carolina PR 00979. Magnitude of the project is expected to be between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract completion time is 30 calendar days after award date to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. A site visit conference will be held on 26 May 2021 at 10:00 AM. This site visit will start at the Contracting Office, Building 29, Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, P.R 00979. To expedite base access, we would need the following documents before the date of the site visit: • Firm Name and Telephone Number • Visitor’s Name • Copy of Drivers License or any Identification Card in compliance with the Real ID Act Please ensure timely electronic submittal of these documents at angel.solis.2@us.af.mil to prevent that your access be denied/delayed on or before 25 May 2021 at close of business (4:00PM/EST) Proposals are due on 8 June 2021 at 4:00PM EST (local time). This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified Sellers can bid.
