A Seller's failure to comply with these terms may result in its Bid being determined to be non-responsive. The contractor shall have demonstrated skills in repair and preventative maintenance of the LCMS 6470 QQQ System; includes Agilent G6470 Triple Quad MSD, Agilent G7117C, 1260 Infinity II Diode Array Detector HS with life long­ lamp replacement, Agilent 1260 Thermostatted Multicolumn Compartment with 2-port switching valve, Agilent G7167A, 1260 Multi-sampler with a sample cooler, and Agilent 1260 Infinity II Binary Pump, as well as the GCMS 5977 Turbo System; includes the following components and corresponding serial numbers Agilent G7040A 5977A MSD with Performance Turbo Pump El/Cl, Agilent 7890 GC with single split/splitless inlet , Agilent 7693A G4513A Autosampler Injector, Tekmar Lumin Purge and Trap Concentrator, and Tekmar Aquatek 100 Water only Autosampler. Technical proposal must be provided.

The Buyer is allowing Sellers to submit bids that either meet or exceed the requested specification. Sellers MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model, and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered.

Buyer intends to issue award using a purchase order or delivery order. Bids from Sellers unable to accept purchase orders or delivery orders will not be considered for award.

Buyers and Sellers agree to conduct this transaction through Unison Marketplace in compliance with the Unison Marketplace Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive.
