The purpose of this amendment for the Solicitation W911SD-23-R-0200 is to extend the date of the Solicitation W911SD-23-R-0200 to Friday, September 8, 2023 at 12 pm. Eastern Time and to make changes to the specifications for the APX 8000 and APX 8500 Motorola Radios. This a brand name request for (2) APX 8000 Motorola Radios and (2) APX 8500 Motorola Radios. This is a supply and install solicitation for the Motorola Radios. The instructions for the installation is noted on the additional specifications. All interested offerors must send a copy of their product data sheet with the specifications and completed solicitation in order to be considered for award no later than Friday, September 8, 2023 by 12 pm. Eastern Time.

This means that bids containing substitutions will be viewed as UNACCEPTABLE. If you are not able to deliver the line item as requested, DO NOT BID. The Buyer is requiring that any rebid must be lower than the 'current bid price' by this amount. The reduction is based on the total order and must be satisfied within the rebid minimum.

Buyer intends to issue award using a purchase order, delivery order, or purchase card. If utilizing a purchase card, Buyer will communicate account information to Selected Seller outside of the Marketplace.

This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified Sellers can bid.
