| 001 | Liquid Carbon Filtration System The New Hampshire Air National Guard requires a carbon filtration system that will reduce contaminant thresholds below the levels described by New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Ambient Groundwater Quality Standards (AGQS) (Attachment 1) and meets the following salient characteristics: - Include pre-treatment sediment filters to reduce solids to below 10-microns (i.e. bag filters, silver tanks shown in Attachment 2) - Include dual phase liquid carbon vessels, each to include liquid phase reactivated carbon (blue tanks shown in Attachment 2) -Provide sufficient media contact time to reduce contaminants to below the NHDES AGQS shown in Attachment 1, with a maximum flow rating of 15 gallons per minute - Must have capability to treat up to 5000 gallons per “event” with a total of approximately 50,000 gallons per year - Filtering media should have life expectancy as determined by vendor, but preferably no more than once per year - Unit must be skid mounted for placement on open deck trailer - Vendor must specify if pump would be required for pressure needed for operation - Unit must include all appropriate equipment including, but not limited to, valves, gauges, hoses, and metering to maintain and monitor proper operation Additional Information for Vendor: - Primary containment of concern is PFAS - Treated ground water will be discharged into pervious surfaces for percolation back into ground - Interested potential offers must supply detailed tech specifications in their response to this RFQ | 1 | EA |

The solicitation requires that Buyer evaluates bids on a line item basis; therefore, each line item will include applicable evaluation criteria. For all line items, Sellers MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model, and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered.

Buyer intends to issue award using a purchase order or delivery order. Bids from Sellers unable to accept purchase orders or delivery orders will not be considered for award.

This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified Sellers can bid.

Buyers and Sellers agree to conduct this transaction through Unison Marketplace in compliance with the Unison Marketplace Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive.
