The Skydio X2D vehicle includes (a) Dual streaming Color/Thermal payload, (b) NDAA compliance, (c) Ground control via the Skydio Enterprise App and Blue sUAS QGC App, (d) two (2) 256GB SD Cards (pre-installed). 2.3 For each starter kit, the contractor shall include one (1) Skydio Enterprise Controller 5GHz. The Skydio Enterprise Controller includes (a)Skydio Enterprise App offline. 2.4 For each starter kit the contractor shall include one (1) year Skydio limited warranty subject to Skydio’s warranty and support terms. 2.5 For each starter kit, the contractor shall include three (3) batteries, one (1) dual charger, one (1) spare propeller blades set, one (1) tactical soft case, one (1) admin hard case, 2.6 For each starter kit, the contractor shall include one (1) Skydio Autonomy Enterprise perpetual license with three (3) year maintenance and support. | 3 | EA |

Open Market bids are accepted in this solicitation; however, please refer to the specifications below, including 'Set-Aside Requirement' provision, for additional requirements.

The Government intends to select for award the one responsible quote which conforms to the Bidding Requirements and Buy Terms in the auction, proposes a price that is fair and reasonable, and provides the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote meeting the specifications of the requirement. If the lowest priced quote is not found to be Technically Acceptable, the government will evaluate the next lowest priced quote, and so on. Quotes determined to be incomplete, unreasonable, or unrealistic will not be considered for award.

The Buyer requests that Sellers bid only the Brand Name and part number provided (exact make, model, part number and/or description). This means that bids containing substitutions will be viewed as UNACCEPTABLE. If you are not able to deliver the line item as requested, DO NOT BID. The Buyer is requiring that any rebid must be lower than the 'current bid price' by this amount. The reduction is based on the total order and must be satisfied within the rebid minimum.
