The goal of this project is that the installation of an electric fence system will greatly reduce the number of attempted break-ins and reduce the risk from its current state of medium to low. ***** Security Upgrades Needed: 1) Solar Powered Electric Fence A. Current state: No electric fence B. Needs: Electric fence is needed to stop all future break-ins. Adjustable voltage ranging from 50-7,000 volts. Must be placed inside the outer perimeter fence anywhere from 12 inches to 50 feet from the outer perimeter fence. 2) Card Reader or Keypad to access the doors and other areas inside the building and the outside gates. A. Current state: No log or record of who has keys/keycards. B. CBP needs a new system for accurately tracking who has access for accountability. Three card readers; two on gates and one inside building can be combined with the electric fence into one system. The Buyer is requiring that any rebid must be lower than the 'current bid price' by this amount. The reduction is based on the total order and must be satisfied within the rebid minimum.

Buyer intends to issue award using a purchase order, delivery order, or purchase card. If utilizing a purchase card, Buyer will communicate account information to Selected Seller outside of the Marketplace.
