The Buyer is allowing Sellers to submit bids that either meet or exceed the requested specification. Sellers MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model, and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered.

Buyers and Sellers agree to conduct this transaction through Unison Marketplace in compliance with the Unison Marketplace Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive.

Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the buyer to respond. | RFI Purpose: | This RFI/Sources Sought is seeking information to aid in refining the acquisition strategy, determining what capable vendors can participate, contract vehicle selection, and seeking comments and information on the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW and CLIN structure is a draft and may be subject to change. |
| RFI/Sources Sought | THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) to identify sources that can provide Fresh Packaged Meals. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, ICE will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested parties are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor UNISON for additional information pertaining to this requirement. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. |
