The purpose of this reposting of the Brown and White Laundry Net Bags with pins is to change the delivery dates and update 52.212-1 Addendum, Instructions to Offerors with the Solicitation Amendment W911SD-24-R-0036 0001. Additionally, there are new front and back pictures uploaded into the Unison Marketplace for the Brown and White Laundry Net Bags with Pins. All interested offerors may request a sample of the brown and white laundry net bags with pins. The updated 52.212-1 Addendum has the updated instructions to all interested offerors. The attached Solicitation Amendment W911SD-24-R-0036 0001 must be signed and uploaded into the Unison Marketplace and the completed Solicitation W911SD-24-R-0036 no later than January 24, 2024 by 12 pm. Eastern Time. All samples must be submitted no later than January 24, 2024 by 12 pm. Eastern Time to the address listed in the 52.212-1 Addendum - Updated.

The Buyer is allowing Sellers to submit bids that either meet or exceed the requested specification. Sellers MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model, and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered.

The Buyer is requiring that any rebid must be lower than the 'current bid price' by this amount. The reduction is based on the total order and must be satisfied within the rebid minimum.

Buyer intends to issue award using a purchase order, delivery order, or purchase card. If utilizing a purchase card, Buyer will communicate account information to Selected Seller outside of the Marketplace.

This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified Sellers can bid.

Buyers and Sellers agree to conduct this transaction through Unison Marketplace in compliance with the Unison Marketplace Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive.

Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the buyer to respond.
