Response Received: Any food item provided by the contractor should verify the expiration date with the manufacturer. The formula should have the longest expiration date possible when delivered to the Government. At least no less than 3 months out.

Question Submitted: Would you accept all in one delivery? And what do mean by 4 per pack? Response Received: No all offerors must abide by the shipping schedule listed in section 3.2. There are no deliverables listed as 4-pack.
