Just a question for you. Does the unit price need to be based on a per month rental or based on a 3 month price per unit? I know you said it will be month to month if this goes longer than 6/29 which makes me think the unit pricing should be for a month so they can see what costs are associated for a month to month lease.

Are sewer connections available or is grey water to be removed by truck daily?

There is access to grey/black water hookups for the trailers. We will not need daily removal.

Is the contractor required to service these units during the rental period? Are the number of units/stalls required in each trailer a must or can we provide larger unties to make up the total count of units needed.
Response Received:
1. Service in the sense of custodial is not required, we have staff onsite. A service contract for maintenance is not required at this time, however vendors will be responsible for issues of a "defective" nature (electrical / mechanical).
2. Proposals for larger units will be accepted as long as the total stall count fits the requirement.
