Hello, We are currently preparing our proposal in response to this solicitation and would appreciate clarification regarding the required quantity of jackets per wearer. Section 4.3 of the Statement of Work states that each employee will be issued eleven (11) sets of mechanic apparel consisting of shirts, pants, and jackets. In our experience with similar federal uniform rental programs, each wearer is typically issued eleven (11) shirts, eleven (11) pairs of pants, and two (2) jackets, rather than eleven jackets. Could you please confirm the Government's requirement for the number of jackets to be issued to each wearer? Your clarification will help ensure we prepare an accurate and responsive proposal.
