Is the rubber underneath adhered to the old gym floor or is it loose lay? Will the rubber be remaining underneath or should it be replaced due to expected damage from demo of current turf? Is there a dumpster available for the duration of the job or does the contractor need to supply said trash can?

The rubber is the floor there is not a separate layer. Floor should remain in place and not be demolished. There is not a dumpster available.

1.) Will the turf replacement have to be glued down? 2.) For clarification, will the contractor be providing the turf or the customer?

The new turf must be fully glued down. The contractor must provide the new turf.

The current turf is adhered to a rubber type gym flooring. The space was formerly a basketball court. The customer will move all equipment out of the way prior to demo/install of new turf. The contractor will not need to move any equipment.
