Please refer to the transportation worksheet. At this time, we are not able to confirm exact timings for pick-up and drop-off. We will adhere to the overall time each day for the maximum number of hours. We expect that the company does not charge CBP for dead-head hours nor count these hours towards the maximum number of hours we’ve contracted out for the day. As for the pick-up and the drop-off at the airport, we will need to pick up the delegation on 09 September at CHS at 18:53. They are arriving on UA2049. The transportation company will need to get the CBP Point of Contact coordinator from the hotel (Charleston Marriott) around 18:20. The CBP Point of Contact coordinator and driver will need to drop off the delegation on 16 September at CHS around 12:00. They will leave their hotel (Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Waterfront) around 11:00. Please note that these times are subject to changes and that on the way/to from the airport the delegation may decide to stop, e.g. at a local Walmart.
