Revised Response: In accordance with the Buy American Act, The Buy American statute applies to small business set-asides. A manufactured product of a small business concern is a U.S.-made end product, but is not a domestic end product unless it meets the domestic content test in paragraph (a)(2)Subpart 25.1. Exceptions that allow the purchase of a foreign end product are listed at 25.103 of the FAR.

Please could you confirm if this opportunity comes under the Berry Amendment or The Buy American Act? I would also be grateful if you could confirm if the delivery date is 20 or 30 days from purchase order.

Your bid request shows repeats for the same item. For example line 1 is a bid request for 85 riot suits, while line 8 shows a bid request for 15 more of the same item. I wanted to ensure that there wasn't a mistake made or that I am misinterpreting what I am reading so that I can better service should my company win this bid.
