1. The MS2713E operates from 9 KHz to 6 GHz. Your reply above states coverage to 40 GHz?? 2. We can provide OMNI antennas once we determine the frequency range. Do you plan on using the SA strictly in its native operation state or are you looking at specific signal types such a Cellular (LTE, CDMA, TDMA, etc.) DVB/IDSB, ?

Response Received:

- We do not need coverage to 40GHz (miscommunication early on) for this specific solution. We do need coverage to overlap into portions of SHF (7GHz). - We will be looking to identify and monitor signal ranges from HF to portions of SHF. We require OMNI and Directional antenna solutions on platforms that offer real time surveys, that are highly mobile and durable in potentially austere operational environments.

Are there any options or accessories needed for the MS2713E or should we just quote the main unit with no options or accessories?

Simply stated, to cover the frequency range identified (3MHz-40GHz) we will need different antenna attachments, since antennas only 'work well' in a certain frequency range. Generally one gets OMNI antennas with basic kits. OMNI will accomplish the base intent
