Could you confirm the details of the meeting space needed and the exact dates and times? How many hours per day will you need the meeting space for the attendees? Which specific days do you require the meeting space? What equipment and amenities are needed for the meeting (e.g., WiFi, projector, whiteboard, etc.)?

Meeting spaces are not required. Per the SOW it is not required.

1. The line item states 7 nights but the SOW states 6 nights. Which is correct? 2. Are these all single occupancy? Are kitchenette's required?

Regarding Buy # 1173575 & 1173546, please kindly advise how many rooms are required? Single rooms or Double rooms?

Response Received:

This is for 1173546: Check-in date: June 9, 2024 - Check-out date: June 16, 2024 (8 days, 7 nights) eighteen (18) rooms paying by Purchase Order (PO). Total number of rooms required is twenty-two (22) and will be paid as follows: Eighteen (18) via Purchase Order and four (4) via Government Travel Credit Card. One occupant per room- Single Room.

RFQ is requesting a 4.5 Star hotel in Manhattan New York, with "fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, and pans)" at a rate not to exceed the government per diem rate? Please confirm all elements of this RFQ are applicable to this job.

The hotel can be rated. 4 plus star If the hotel has a restaurant, kitchenettes are not necessary. A business center is necessary.
