are you accepting alternate from other manufacturers?
Response Received:
The Vendor shall deliver brand name or equivalent equipment. As long as the product meets or exceeds all of the specifications in the statement of work. In the SOW there is additional language on alternate products. Any proposed alternate equipment must be approved by the Government and shall comply with the DHS and CBP Technology. In addition, the Vendor bears the burden of satisfactorily demonstrating equivalence to the technical specifications outlined in this SOW.
