(3) Use of the quoted products and services is subject to the terms of the applicable master agreement incorporated by this reference that is (i) found at http://www.esri.com/legal/software-license and available in the installation process requiring acceptance by electronic acknowledgment, or (ii) a signed license agreement between Esri and <<end user organization>> that supersedes such electronically acknowledged license agreement. Other than product descriptions, prices, quantities and delivery instructions, all terms contained in <<purchasing organization>>'s purchase order are void.
