I understand that you are looking to purchase on behalf of another organization. In order to facilitate the process, I will need a formal acknowledgement from both parties (can be an e-mail confirmation) of agreement to the below terms. Please be advised that <<purchasing organization>> is authorized to purchase products and services on behalf of <<end user organization>> and agrees to the following terms and conditions: (1) <<purchasing organization>> may not uplift any of Esri's quoted prices set forth in <<purchasing organization>> purchase order number/payment or Esri quote in passing through these products and services to <<end user organization>>. (2) This letter of authorization does not permit <<purchasing organization>> to offer any products other than as set forth in the provided Esri quote, advertise itself as a reseller of Esri products, or otherwise make use of Esri's name or any Esri trademark. (3) Use of the quoted products and services is subject to the terms of the applicable master agreement incorporated by this reference that is (i) found at http://www.esri.com/legal/software-license and available in the installation process requiring acceptance by electronic acknowledgment, or (ii) a signed license agreement between Esri and <<end user organization>> that supersedes such electronically acknowledged license agreement. Other than product descriptions, prices, quantities and delivery instructions, all terms contained in <<purchasing organization>>'s purchase order are void. Once I receive acknowledgements from both parties, I can generate the applicable Esri Quotation as requested. Thank you

Please refer to Buy/LID No, I am not going to purchase it for another organization, but my own organization USAID/Bangladesh. So, I don't think, I need to submit any letter of authorization as I am the authorized person to negotiate and buy on behalf of my organization. Thank you

Is this a Renewal or New license since no POP Dates provided? If it is a renewal, may we ask for the pop start and end dates please?
