When it come to the actual sizes of each harness will this be acceptable SM 66-81 cm (26-32 in) MD 81-107 cm (32-42 in) LG 107-122 (42-48 in)

The ones needed are listed on both our description block and the salient characteristics. If those numbers you've give are the same thing as size goes for small, medium, and large on the CMC Atom rescue harnesses then okay but they must be the ones we're asking for.
