Can you provide a copy of the Motorola Service Contract that is referenced in the BID? This was used to justify the SOLE SOURCE Contract? To the best of our experience Motorola does not provide one to one exchange of accessories for free!

Response Received:

Service Contract is between Motorola and the Government and we are unable to provide to outside vendors. This is not a Sole Source contract rather it is a Name Brand requirement. In accordance with the contract between Motorola and the Government, When sectors submit a portable radio for repairs to Motorola, a complete radio with accessories is submitted, as part of the Motorola agreement, includes a one-for-one exchange of batteries and accessories when submitted with the portable radio for repairs.

IT APPEARS THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE LISTED ARE NOT BUY AMERICA COMPLAINT. These items are made in MALAYSIA. IF someone bids i.e. Motorola would this be a violation?

We requested confirmation for the holster needed on Item 003 and just got that this morning. The requested holster is not the one Motorola quoted its partners, therefore all quotes are incorrect. The correct holster is more and of course we can’t increase pricing so we need an extension.

Can the delivery boxes be just regular boxes - not File Box or Banker Box .... but still of the same sizing listed in the SOW and packed tightly? If batteries are packed tightly in the shipping cardboard boxes, meaning no inside room for any movement of the batteries... do we still need asset proof liner and soft packaging material inside the boxes? Thanks in advance for your answers.
