Does the grommet have to be concealable as per the reference item posted, or an in surface one acceptable? ***insurface type does not have the capability to hide itself. Also, does the grommet have to have 5 outlets? Is 3 or 4 outlets and 2 USB charging ports acceptable?

It does not have to be concealable (that just looks nicer). As for the plug outlets, we can go with the 3 or 4 and 2 USB
