How far is the UPS going to be from the input panel? How far is the UPS going to be from the load panel? Will the UPS be staged near the install point or will we need to move it from the loading dock to the room? Is this a new install or a replacement unit? Does the input panel have the capacity and space for this circuit being added?

About 1-2 feet. About 1-2 feet. Yes, it'll be staged near the install point. New install. Yes the input panel will have the capacity and appropriate circuit space.

On the above referenced RFQ, it is asking for part BPR125HW - do you know if they by chance mean BPM125HW instead of BPR125HW? BPR125HW is not coming up as a valid part number.

We will need to know the specifications that they require. The attachment is just our guide spec for the entire 9PXM product line. They would need to let us know kva size, hardwired or receptacles, runtime, bypass, etc.

This will be hardwired into a provided breaker panel, 6-minute runtime, bypass included on separate line item. 20 kVA expandable to 20 kVA (N+X) as specified with the EATON 9PXM12S20K, 18KW

How far is the existing input panel from the new UPS location? Will they in the same room after installation ? • Is there a spare 125A circuit breaker in panel to feed the new UPS? If not what Brand and type of panel is it because we will have to provide one. • How far is the existing critical panel from the new UPS location? Will they in the same room after installation ? • Does the site have room layout of equipment racks and location marked for the new Eaton UPS equipment?

- The existing input panel will be roughly 20' from the new UPS location. They will be in adjacent rooms.
- DPW (Public Works) will be providing circuit breaker power.
- About a 1' and in the same room after installation.
- Yes, upon award of bid this will be provided.

Does this require any electrical? Can you confirm the type of maintenance required? Is it just the manufacturer warranty or onsite warranty from the installer?

This buy is for an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and it's components, so yes it requires electrical. This bid requires installation and full verification of operability by a licensed installer. Manufacturer warranty, but again the entire system must be properly installed and operational
