(1) What permits are needed that the government is looking for the contractor to have. I just want to double check and make sure we have everything we need. (2) Also, what are the Evaluation Factors for award? How are the proposals being evaluated? That section was left blank on the PDF’s.

(3)The SOW states to replace with similar to existing. SOW states to "Remove current gazebo from the property and dispose of properly. Current gazebo is a 12’x12’ octagonal treated-pine gazebo with wood benches, wood floor and a single tier asphalt shingle roof. It is a surface mount using timbers with no concrete. Gazebo has a wood railing on six of the eight panels."
