The Government has determined to extend the submission of proposals to Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 5pm ET.

Due to the end of the fiscal year and time constraints, the Government will keep the date of submission as is, however, as time gets closer, we will determine if one day extension or a two-day extension will require.

The attached document might be able to answer part of Question 1. It was included in the request. Additionally for question 1, We do not have size information of VMs. Except where it is specified according to the attached documents, all servers are Windows. Those 2 servers will be running the VMs using HyperV, and mirroring servers from Server 1 to Server 2 using Active and Pasive states. For question 2. There are no VDIs used in this environment. For question 3. I cannot answer the question, because I am not sure to what end user devices and peripherals they are referring because in the SOW all devices include the “equal or similar to” phrase with the brand and model of the recommended device, which should be enough to know the technical details of the requirements and also that the technical details are specified in the request.

Unfortunately, we do not have that information because the servers that currently contain the information are disconnected. If it helps, the physical characteristics of the new servers is very similar to the ones of the current servers. Also can the 15 hours of support services for additional services not included in the proposal be done remotely? Thank you!” We prefer that the hours be provided at the location where the servers will be installed because of security concerns.
