In regards to the question of the open or closed system to be used, we believe there may be a disconnect between the Government and the sellers understanding of the intended use of the required solution. The solution is to be pumped from a truck directly into a 5,000 gal tank. From the tank it will be pumped into spraying equipment to be directly applied to aircraft. It will not be incorporated into any loop system.
