: It does state in the technical specs that there is an attached drawing but I see none. Is this for rental or sale? in the attached tech specs it has a period of performance listed for 2/15/2022 – 9/30/2022

Please disregard "attached drawing", the mission partner did not provide drawings. This is a sale not a rental. The POP date is referenced to buying period vs use period. The delivery date is 100 days post award.

Upon further investigation, the mission partner need no submit drawings. Disregard "see attached drawing" however if your company like to submit drawings with quote it will be evaluated as part of your quote.
