1. I wanted to ask what the frequency of this service will be for ground maintenance and snow removal it isn't listed in the SOW.
2. Also, I notice that the pricing sheet speaks of a unison fee? is that a fee I have to add or will unison add it to my pricing sheet.
3. Finally, for services rendered on a weekly / bi weekly bases will they be paid for on net 30 terms?

1. The period of performance is as follows:
Option 1 06/01/25 - 05/31/26
Option 2 06/01/26 - 05/31/27
Option 3 06/01/27 - 05/31/28
Option 4 06/01/28 - 05/31/29
2. Yes - that is a fee you will need to add yourself.
3. Services will be paid on a net 30 term.
