Can the equipment be delivered to the location via LTL carrier and set in place by others prior to installers arriving or does this require turnkey deliver, uncrate, set-in-place, and final connections? Does old equipment need to be removed?

the equipment can be set up by others after delivery is made. no removal of old equipment.
