5.1.1 All structures shall be Clear Span type or equivalent, which provide occupants a weather-proof environment. Structures must possess, at a minimum, a 70 MPH wind load rating, in accordance with International Building Code. Each structure shall be configured to provide two (2ea) hinged doors capable of being latched shut, one located at each end. Please explain what type of latch or provide better definition what you consider latch shut. Are you looking for sealed shut doors?

 1.4.1.2 Unscheduled gate closures by the Security Police may occur at any time causing all personnel entering or exiting a closed installation to experience a delay. This cannot be predicted or prevented. Contractors are not compensated for unexpected closures or delays. Can you please tell me what surface the structures will be installed on? Does the National Guard need floors installed with the tent rentals?
