The line item is for the snugpak bunker tent but the photos provided show the litefighter 1 2 and 2wx. Are these to be presumed that these would be a suitable replacement for the snugpak bunker?

Yes. These images are example of other style of tents that can use. The most important detail is that it should be easy to carry. It should be carried on a backpack by one person.

2. Are equivalents allowed if there is another identical design with identical materials made by an alternate manufacturer?
3. Your title is a one man tent, but that specified model is called a 3 man tent by the manufacturer. Is it to be a cozy 3 man tent to be used with adequate space by one individual?

2. Yes, equivalents are acceptable.
3. The idea for the one man tent it should be easy to carry. It should be carry on a backpack by one person. I believe two-man might fit the requirements. If vendor can guarantee that is not heavy and it is easy to carry by one person then it should be good to go. See the attached images.
