Hello Is this bid open for all nationalities ? Can we submit partial offer such as furniture only but not appliances ? We are a SAM registered but not USA registered company so can we submit ? Can we offer goods from any origin ?

Response Received:

All Offerors must have active registrations in the System for Award Management (SAM) to respond to this solicitation. Offerors must submit pricing for all the required items. FAR Clause 52.225-1 Buy American-Supplies. (OCT 2022) applies to this requirement.
