Is there a contact to get a site visit with an escort to see the docks. They say I need a work order to get on site.

SITE VISIT INFORMATION:
The Government will hold an organized site visit for those that wish to inspect the site.
DATE: Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
LOCATION: Building 1565 Training Support Center, Fort Jackson, SC.
Written notification of attendance shall be received by the Government no later than January 8, 2024, @ 10:00a.m. to the Annakay Charles annakay.t.charles.civ@army.mil and Faye Jackson faye.r.jackson.civ@army.mil.
The written notification shall include the Name, Driver’s License Number, and DOB for all personnel attending. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
