Per our mission-wide retreat SOW, USAID will provide the venue, AV/sound related equipment as well as refreshment or lunch.

1) RFP’s Qualifications part E: “Use of the services of a Thai multi-cultural expert on the team.” * Am I (other bidders) expected to provide this person? --- Yes as part of the bidder's proposed team. 2) Does RDMA have a person with whom I (other bidders) are expected to collaborate? --- If you mean a person mentioned above that RDMA recommends, we do not have that. 3) Is the cost for such a person’s services to be included in my (others’) bid or covered by RDMA separately? --- The cost should be incorporated as part of the bidder's cost proposal.

--- Either the past experience administering and analyzing the ID model of the firm's proposed individual consultant team members or the firm's experience with the Insights Discovery® model are both acceptable.
