Agency response to earlier question regarding Delivery time window stated the following; "Please provide the expected delivery date for each item if past 30 days". Please provide additional clarification, of where these dates would this be indicated. Secondly, is the buyer then agreeing to partial shipments?
Response Received:
Delivery expected date for each item shall be included in the description line for each item expected to exceed 30 days ARO. Partial shipments are acceptable for items that require more than 30 days. The submission delivery date would be indicated for the majority of the buy (ie. 30 days ARO, 45 days ARO, etc.). Items that will take longer will have that date on the line item so the resultant award would indicate delivery for those items at the appropriate number of days ARO.

All Epson products are made in China. Will you remove the TAA reference or will you accept another brand that could be TAA Compliant (if one actually exists)?

My market research indicates both these products country of origin is Taiwan, a qualifying country, not China.
