I want to ask a few questions pertaining to bid#4830DRG and they are as follows: 1. Do the contractor provide Soap, paper products, trash can liners and supplies? 2. Is there a set budget for this contract that can be disclose with the vendors?
Response Received:
The replenishing of paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper will happen every cleaning day and supplies will be supplied by the contractor. All cleaning supplies and garbage liners will be supplied by the contractor. See Statement of Work
Budget is not disclosed to vendors. Vendors are to provide their quote based on the factors of the requirement.

Is Monday-Sunday referring to 7 days a week? From my understanding it’s between the hours of 7am-7pm. Is this a 12 hr shift or 8hrs between the set time?
Response Received:
The facilities are opened Monday through Sunday, and the hours of operation are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. The facilities are to be cleaned once daily.

Hello FEMA, due to the recent notice of the scheduled site visit and our work schedule we are unable to make it tomorrow for the site visit. However, next week Tuesday Dec. 3rd, we made available for any time throughout the day to attend the site visit. If this could be approved it will be more than great. Thanks!
