Where will Role Players be housed on FT Bliss when not in the field? Question 3: Will on post parking be provided for RPs who drive to Fort Bliss? Question 4: Should Per diem for EL Paso, TX be included in the contractor bid or is it understood that this expense will be paid by the government? Question 5: Will RPs have access to on-post DFACs and / or the commissary/shopettes while on main post? Question 6: Will the Army provide rations, water, and ice for RPs while they are deployed in the field? Question 7: If the Army provides RP rations in the field, will cultural diet restrictions be accounted for?

Please define “short stays and under what conditions”? Does this mean sleeping in village buildings or in the open terrain? What is the expected number of nights that village RP’s will be camping in the field during the contract period of performance? Will Porta Pots and Electricity be available at each camp site for RP’s use?

Can you please confirm the requirements for 1 Senior RP @ 350 Hours and 16 Role Players @ an average of 330 hours per person (5,280 hours total)? Will RP’s be required to work in excess of 12 hours per day

I see on the reposting that the customer said they have answered the questions but I don't see that they have provided any responses or updates to the PWS.

Can the government confirm that lodging will be provided by the supported unit for all of the role players except the Senior Role Player, at no cost to the contractor? Can the government confirm if estimated travel costs and per diem should be included in the bid price? Or if this will be paid separately through a travel voucher submission of actual costs per the JFTR? What is the length of the field/camping period(s) during the exercise that would require camping gear? And type of camping gear would be required/recommended? Can the government confirm that lodging will be provided to the 16 language role players at no cost to the contractor? Can the government confirm what type(s) of ethnic clothing will be required? And will any foreign military uniforms be required?

Confirm Toyota Hilux pricing is not included in bid. Confirm Toyota hilux must be right-hand. Confirm if there is a supplier of these types of vehicles in Ft Bliss Area. Confirm previously awarded contractor for similar SF exercise at Ft Bliss. Confirm length of exercise. Confirm type of camping gear.

Do the role players require a clearance? Confirm total manpower requirements. Is the senior role player authorized commercial lodging? Is travel cost expensed via travel voucher? Confirm facility level clearance IAW PWS. Confirm FFL and FEL requirements IAW PWS. Are the role players portraying US language speakers?
