For line items 6-8 can the colors/size be altered? .Are the following brands acceptable? (i.e) Innovative scuba concept brand and Evo Deluxe brand which is manufactured to aqualung (very similar) 3. Can closely similar items that are not provided by mares and aqualung be provided/substituted? (i.e) sub for line item 17 for Mares brand?

1.Sizes and colors are authorized to be altered.
2. The only authorized/accepted brands are Aqualung and Mares. They cannot be altered.
3. Items cannot be similar. They must be Aqualung or Mares.

Some items an this list (Ergo ) Boots are no longer available and have not been for some time. 2. Some items (Wet suits).... the description is too broad and no specific products or part numbers are supplied or mentioned.

Question 1 As long as the boots are similar, all black, and correct size they do not need to be an exact match.
Question 2 Wet suit must be correct MIL, Primarily black and preferable Aqua Lung. (Please refer to attached Memorandum)
