Under line item 001 it has a scope of work as vacuuming out residual fuel, pressure wash cleaning tank interior using bio-solve pink water, vacuuming out the wash water and sniff testing to ensure gas free. But under the attachment document it states the scope is to steam purge lines and conduct DOT testing on the tank. I am seeking clarification if this bid is for the cleaning of the 5 tanks or if this is for the steam purging and DOT tank testing of the 5 tanks? Thank you
