Some items an this list (Ergo ) Boots are no longer available and have not been for some time. 2. Some items (Wet suits).... the description is too broad and no specific products or part numbers are supplied or mentioned.

Question 1 As long as the boots are similar, all black, and correct size they do not need to be an exact match. Question 2 Wet suit must be correct MIL, Primarily black and preferable Aqua Lung. (Please refer to attached Memorandum)

Good Morning. This buy has the Buy American Act clause listed. 75% of these items are made overseas, some even in a non TAA country. WIll it still be ok to quote? If this is an issue, we can send over a quote directly to you utilizing one of our 8(a) set asides. Please advise. V/r
