Does the delivery location have a loading dock? Is an appointment necessary for the delivery? Are there specific delivery days or hours we should keep in mind?

Yes there is a loading dock. FedEx and UPS are already familiar with the processes if you intend to use one of those shippers. If you’re using another delivery company, they will need to coordinate with Jini Ryan (ryan.jini@epa.gov) prior to the delivery. Information that will be required includes: a. Intended date and time of delivery b. Name of shipping company c. Name of driver d. License plate info for the truck All vehicles delivering items to a federal facility must undergo a screening process. Deliveries may be made between 8:00am and 5:00pm eastern Monday through Friday.
