Who is the manufacturer. The 3867AS142-1 part number is not coming up – even on a Google search.
Response Received:
The Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) shall be manufactured in accordance with Government-owned technical data drawings which contain technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act. This is a Government part number in which a Technical Data Package is available for. Per the buy terms, "IN ORDER TO REQUEST THE DRAWING PACKAGE, PLEASE SEND YOUR VALID DD2345 TO juan.belmonte@navy.mil".
