This solicitation is marked Brand Name only. Our company is a competitor to Motorola and has interoperability with Motorola P25 radios. We have a alternative solution with our multi-band portable radio. The APX8500 is a multi-band mobile radio. We currently only offer single band radios with VHF, UHF or 700/800. What frequencies does the government require. We can provide multiple radios to provide the best situational solution. We can provide Hand Held Controller (HCH) we respectfully request this be brand name or equal and allow for single band mobile radios for the mobile radios. Respectfully yours,
