Prospective contractors should incorporate all monthly direct labor costs into the Direct Labor Costs category of Attachment 4.

How many hours expected to work per each day per personnel?
Response Received:
There is no minimum expectation for hours worked for contractor personnel to provide the requested service. Awardee should ensure adequate staffing to provide this service during the hours outlined in Section 2.2 of the PWS. Prospective contractors may detail expected hours worked in their technical approach.
Question Submitted:
If the contractor wins this award and plans to offer the positions to the current employees of the incumbent, then how would the government like that information displayed in the deliverable regarding a "site supervisor," and "alternate." Would the government like to see an offer letter accepted or a resume, or simply a name(s) of these individuals?
Response Received:
Awardee has liberty to propose any personnel/technical solution that meets the technical needs detailed in the PWS (Section 7.2). The contractor's response to the Government should include any salient information on individual's experience, education, certifications or overall qualifications so that an assessment can be made on whether or not they can satisfy the requirement.

Can the Government provide historical data on the percentage of patrons paying the standard rate vs. the full meal rate? What is the historical average of monthly cash collected? How often are cash collection audits or reconciliations conducted?

Technical Exhibit 1 - Historical Meal Information - we are provided with meals counts for the meal periods during fiscal year 22 thru 24. What is the annual Meal Count we are to use in completing our calculations of the bid prices in attachment #4? Does the government expect any significant increases or decrease to the current base census?
Response Received:
A Standard month would include approximately 450 meals for breakfast and 625 meals for lunch. The Government does not anticipate significant fluctuation in meal volume except for in the cases of events held onsite.

In order for offerors to provide the most accurate and realistic quote, are there any estimated Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) staffing levels associated with this requirement that you are able to share?

Currently there are 5 full time employees that work a minimum of 36 hours per week.
