The Technical engineers confirmed that the proper ASTM should have read A582/582M, and the requirement has been updated. Regarding the foam density, either the 1.7lb or the 2.2lb is acceptable. There was also a part number error listed in 4129AS0136rAs1, and stock size error in 4129AS0183rAs1. As a result of these changes, all current recipients will receive the updated information via DoDSAFE, and will need to certify they reviewed this modification for previously submitted quotes. New Quotes will either acknowledge the changes in their quote or via email.

The RFQ states that the Drawings are export controlled. It also states where to send your DD2345 in order for the Government to provide those drawings. All answers to your question are the core documents of the RFQ package. To receive additional information, you must send your DD2345 as the drawings are all export controlled. The rest of the package includes the SOW and a couple of provisions that will require certification prior to possible award. The adapter will be manufactured by the successful vendor to the drawing package specifications.
