Can the flag be 3' x 6' ft?

No they must be 3'x5'.

#1: African Union (When I Google African Union, I see a green flag with the outline of the African continent. Is this the flag you are referring to? #2: Several countries have both a Government and Civil version of their flags (Crest vs. No Crest). Which version of those flags is requested? #3: Indoor flags can have either pole hem or pole hem and fringe. Please specify PH or PHF. If pole hem & fringe, are all the flags to have GOLD fringe?

1. Yes that is the African Union flag we're looking for. 2. We require the Government version. These will be flown at the White House and Arlington National Cemetery when foreign dignitaries visit. 3. We only require the pole hem. None of these flags should have fringe.

1. Sublimation printing will not be accepted. 2. Yes the pole pocket should be 3.5 inches when flat. The pole pocket should be on the left side of the flag. 3. No they do not require grommets.
