Response Received: The CLIN has been updated to reflect 25 parking spaces. When submitting the cost proposal, the pricing should be based on the following format: Unit Price x QTY (25) x Number of Months (12).

Question Submitted: Based on your latest answers of 22 SUVs and 3 Sedans (previous answers said suburbans), do you now want 25 parking spaces or the requirement is still for 29 spaces. Is the end user open to using Valet parking instead of self-parking? Response Received: The requirement has changed from 29 parking spaces to 25 parking spaces. The office does not want to valet the vehicles; therefore, self-parking is required.

Question Submitted: Can you ask the client. We can provide valet parking within the 5 block radius at a fraction of what the self parking is costing. Would the client be interested in valet parking for 29 monthly parking spaces ? Response Received: Valet parking is not needed, self=parking is required.

Question Submitted: Will the vehicle be in and out of the parking garage ? or they will be parked from 9am-5pm How many SUV will need parking space? The SUV Vehicle or these regular suburban ? Response Received: Yes the vehicle will be in and out of the parking garage. The vehicles are Suburban.

Question Submitted: Does the parking space as to be indoor or outdoor are either one is okay ? Response Received: The parking spaces should be in an indoor facility.

Question Submitted: when will the contract starts, how soon? Response Received: The anticipation award date is December 18, 2023. The period of performance shall be 1-year from the execution of the contract.

Question Submitted: What is meant by "provide a copy of the parking facility"? Response Received: The vendor should provide a copy of the parking spaces or measurement to ensure that SUV vehicles has enough parking room.

Question Submitted: Is the end-user open to going beyond the 5 block radius requirement? Is a 24-hr parking lot acceptable? Response Received: No, the parking facility "Must" be within 5-block radius of the Government building. No, the facility MUST be a secured parking facility with 24hr access.
