Please confirm if 74lbs is a reference weight, or max weight - assuming blocks proposed are the same nominal dimensions - is a slightly heavier (denser) product acceptable? Also please provide more information (description and/or dimensions) regarding the required 'tab attachments'.

74lbs is a reference weight so a denser product is acceptable. The tabs are just small rubber protrusions on the blocks allowing them to be easily mounted to an encapsulator bullet trap. We are look for an exact match for this NSN #9320-01-565-6471
