Question Submitted:
Good morning! just a couple of questions: 1. Is this a new solicitation or a continuation? 2. If a continuation, can you provide the incumbent information? 3. in the SOW, under govt provide equip., it lists filters but not the lead buckets as mentioned earlier in the SOW. Are the buckets included? 4. As lead abatement falls within the environmental realm, once cleaning and collection are completed, can you confirm that the govt disposes of hazwaste? 5. SOW reads 2 items: maintenance and cleaning. Further describes twice a year for each item. Is it the govts intention to have a qtrly visit alternating maint and cleaning? Within our indoor ranges, we clean weekly after last use, but that is within our SOP. Can you please verify frequency and anticipated duration of visits? 6. As we are CONUS based, would it be possible to receive detailed information instead of a site visit? 7. Can you describe the ranges that require service? Ie. indoor building, 10 lane or mobile range, 3 lane? 8. Replacement parts for the range will be provided by the govt? Difficult to bid if we are to provide shotup target stands, cables, granulated rubber, etc. 9. As we are CONUS based, would the govt be able to provide on-base accommodations and mess hall use to reduce cost of bid? 10.
